It was a 2 months experience working in SP Student Service Centre. Seems short, but it was one of the best working experience I had so far. The only workplace I encountered where everyone is so helpful and friendly, who doesn't say no to you and who would gladly help me when I needed it. It is the only job so far which I don't wake up dreading, and I'm definite that its the people there that makes working so enjoyable. Of course, I had the privilege to work with Yanping & Amanda which makes work even more fun.

The level of service SSC provides is really from the heart. I've seen and observed how the counter staff handle students' queries, providing them with solutions beyond what I expected. There was once I even thought to myself, "There isn't a query which they cannot help with." I'm amazed at how they can effortlessly make short conversations with the students to reduce the waiting time. Because honestly, I can't do that. It's something that I will need to learn from them. And they always take time out to talk to us about our plans & futures, giving us advices from their experience etc

Was given the SP Service Star bear by the Director of SSC (to think we thought of kope-ing during the early days of work cos the bear is too cute -.-), a tin of biscuit by Maria (counter staff), Starbucks card w value by Vicky (our first supervisor) and a handmade card by the other student helpers (as shown in picture above). Was especially touched when Vicky gave us her gift + a hug because it was so unexpected from her, that I teared. Although she isnt very well-liked by others, but she has been so nice, understanding and appreciative towards the 3 of us.

I will miss all the other student helpers above (from top left to right): Amanda, SQ(super helpful guy), Tang jie, Xinrong, Kat (always so bubbly), Joshua, Wilson, Yanping, Hongyi (his funny & sometimes lame comments), Felicia, Claire (knowledgeable girl). And also the other staffs like Chloe (our in house certified counsellor who is so composed, funny and nice), Sharipah who never fails to make me laugh with what she says (like early morning come and "Hi Sexy" or "Hi Beautiful" to me), Maria who always engages in conversations with me, Selvi who is always so willing to help me, Glenn for his career advices etc etc

So thank you, to every single one of you in SSC. I've felt the warmth and love in this short span of time and will definitely cherish the times there :)

Following the post on Graduation, it is the post graduation self photo-shoot pictures! Actually most of it is on Facebook already and you all would have probably got sick of them, so I shall just upload my favourite few pictures, out of the 100++ of them! So so glad for the awesome cameras of Wendy, Aloy & Boyfr :)

Friday was L4D with my dancers! Its been superrr long since all of us played, and it still isn't my thing. But that doesnt mean I don't enjoy playing! ^^

Saturday was Seletar Country Club with Wing Lorayne Liyu. Our favourite secondary school hang out, just the 4 of us spending a whole day there playing table tennis, pool, sauna, singing K, eating, swimming etc. Never fail to make me feel blissful at the end of the day, happy place! And being able to drive makes the journey there so much more convenient :) Though it rained (cant swim), and table tennis + pool under renovation, we still managed a super shiok sauna & early dinner!

Same spot, same people :)

Monday was JB with JJ & his family for a day's shopping at premium outlet (took leave off from work)! Couldn't believe that we can spend almost one whole day just at the place, going from one premium shop to another! Except for the annoying flies that refuse to stop bugging us during lunch, I felt contented. Got myself a Solvil Titus watch at 60% discount (have been looking around for a few months), a Guess ring and a belt. Good buys! ^^

And today was the last day of work in SP Student Service Centre. Shall dedicate a post on that, coming up shortly! After I gather most of the pictures...

Didnt feel much at graduation ceremony because it was just mad rushing about taking pictures with everyone. But come to think of it, as I look at my CCA Cert of Gold w Honours & Diploma w Merit, I really felt that my 3 years in Poly had been so fulfilling, beyond words.

Because academics & cca aside, I've achieved so much more as well. A group of girl friends that I can count on anytime, to share my troubles, and have so much crazy times together that everything would have been different without them. My dance girls, whom we share the same interest & goes beyond that because we watched each other grow and improve and also there to rant listen advice each other as well. And of course a boyfriend of 2 years who loves me for who I am even though I can be annoying most of the time. These 3 years I've challenged myself by taking up so many other commitments and accomplishing them, and indeed I've learnt plenty. I guess Poly to me was more like growing as an individual, character building, learning soft skills rather than gaining knowledge.

Closed a chapter in my life and going to be the start of yet another, but I will never forget the memories Singapore Polytechnic gave :)

Smiling so happily, my biggest smile already!
